Jamerial DeLeon-Lee oversees the firm's internal operations, organizational structure, and delivery standards, ensuring that every client engagement reflects the standard of excellence Cytadel was built on.
Jamerial brings nearly a decade of healthcare leadership and management experience to her role. She began her career as a registered nurse in Northern Virginia, providing direct care to patients with serious mental illnesses. She then moved into hemodialysis, where she advanced into a charge nurse role with broader operational responsibility. She managed clinical staff, coordinated complex treatment schedules, collaborated with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and maintained compliance with federal regulatory standards. That work required sound judgment under pressure, clear communication across a range of stakeholders, and consistent accountability to outcomes that could not be compromised.
She holds an Associate of Arts from Hinds Community College, an Associate of Science in Nursing from Alcorn State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Walden University. She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration.
She co-founded Cytadel because she believed that if you want to build something that will last, you have to build the right team and hold your work to a standard you can be proud of. That belief continues to guide her leadership of the firm today. Every process the firm establishes, every client engagement the firm takes on, and every person the firm hires reflect her commitment to build an organization that clients can count on and that the individuals within it can proudly stand behind.
