Jamerial Deleon-Lee brings a unique combination of clinical healthcare experience, operational leadership, and business acumen to Cytadel. Her professional background spans direct patient care, healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and team leadership within highly regulated healthcare environments.
Throughout her nursing career, Jamerial served patients with serious mental illnesses before advancing into hemodialysis operations, where she held leadership responsibilities as a charge nurse. In that role, she managed clinical staff, coordinated complex treatment schedules, supported quality and compliance initiatives, and helped ensure adherence to federal healthcare regulations.
Her experience leading teams, navigating regulatory requirements, and balancing operational priorities provides valuable perspective in industries where risk management, accountability, and execution are critical to success.
Jamerial holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Walden University, an Associate of Science in Nursing from Alcorn State University, and an Associate of Arts from Hinds Community College. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Radford University.
